As travellers' safety is always our priority, we carry out the following measurements to give you a peace of mind to enjoy your tour:
1. All travellers booked to travel with Easy Europe are required to be fully vaccinated to travel.
2. Tour managers and travellers will need to complete a personal travel declaration before joining the tour.
3. Hand sanitizer is freely available on the coach. We would advice you to bring your own medical face mask and gloves. Please note that airlines and other establishments may not accept washable cloth masks.
4. Quality checks and strict selection of our supplier partners, including airlines, coaches, hotels and restaurants to ensure all travel partners meet local regulations on social distancing and hygiene guidelines.
5. All frequently touched surfaces inside the coach, including handrails, doors, tables, and overhead lockers, will be disinfected daily.
Finland, Iceland, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom are the few countries that do not require quarantine upon arrival.

Yes. Mandatory 7-day quarantine and testing are required for fully vaccinated travellers. Travellers must take a PCR test on day 5 of arrival during the quarantine period.

A brief summary of countries accepting Sinovac, Pfizer and AstraZeneca are as below:
✅ Finland
- A certificate of a complete and valid vaccination series (either one or two doses depending on the vaccine). At least 7 days must have passed since the last vaccine dose has been received OR
- A single certificate that the person has recovered from covid-19 virus and has gotten one dose of vaccine. It is equated to a complete covid-19 vaccination series. OR
- EU digital COVID certificate that proves the person has recovered from covid-19 within 6 months.
- In addition to the aforementioned requirements, the person must present a negative covid-19 test result of less than 48 hours. The result of a PCR or an Antigen test is accepted.
- All the above-mentioned requirements apply to persons born in 2006 or earlier.
✅ Iceland
- Travelers must fill out a pre-registration form before traveling. The form must be submitted a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Iceland. https://visit.covid.is/
- Fully vaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure, on the first leg of the trip.
- The results must be in Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or English. Self-tests are not accepted.
- Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.
✅ Spain
- All travelers, including those in transit, must fill a travel form a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Spain and present their QR code at check-in. Different forms are available for travelers arriving by air and sea.
- Travelers are recommended to download the RadarCOVID app when entering Spain.
- Travelers must present a certificate showing they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Travelers must have received their last dose at least 14 days before arrival in Spain and no more than 270 days before their arrival. Vaccines accepted are those approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and by the WHO.
- Starting February 1st, 2022 travelers that have a vaccine certificate showing that their last dose was administered more than 270 days ago must also show a certificate proving a booster vaccination has been administered.
- Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof. The United Kingdom’s COVID-19 vaccination record is also accepted. For more details, please see the source.
✅ Switzerland
- Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 test result. The test can be a COVID-19 PCR taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure, or a COVID-19 rapid antigen test, taken a maximum of 24 hours before departure to Switzerland.
- Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.
- Travelers, including those in transit, must fill up an entry form before entering Switzerland. The form can be completed 48 hours before entry at the earliest. https://swissplf.admin.ch/formular
✅ United Kingdom
- Travelers with vaccination certificates recognized by the UK are not required to have a negative pre-travel COVID-19 test result before traveling to the United Kingdom.
- Travelers must book a COVID-19 testing package before their arrival in the UK.
- Vaccinated travelers must take a single COVID-19 test as soon as they arrive in the UK up until the end of day 2;
- Unvaccinated travelers are required to take a test on or before day 2 after arrival, and on or before day 8 after arrival.
- Fully vaccinated travelers must arrange to take COVID-19 PCR or lateral flow tests. Unvaccinated travelers only have the option to book a COVID-19 PCR test.
- Travelers staying in the UK for less than 2 or 8 days are still required to book the tests, even if they will no longer be in the UK on the dates of the tests. They only need to take the tests if they’re still in the country on those dates. Travelers may use a provider recommended by the UK government or use a provider of their choice while ensuring the test meets the outlined requirements.
- Travelers that test positive will be required to quarantine for 10-days.
- Travelers, including some transit passengers, are required to complete a public health passenger locator form online before departure to the UK. The form must be submitted a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in the UK. In the event that lockdown happens during the trip, travellers will be given a grace period by the local government to return to their home countries. Easy Europe team and local specialist will assist and support you in every step to return to Malaysia safely.
If there is a lockdown in the country that we are departing to, we will defer the tour to another date.
This will be covered under AIG Out-of-country COVID-19 Diagnosis Quarantine coverage. You are advise to contact AIG emergency help desk for advice on the next step of action.
AXA - You are covered under Trip Cancellation (Pandemic coverage) if you are diagnosed with a Pandemic illness and certified unfit to travel in the opinion of the Medical Practitioner within the 60 days prior to the Trip.
AIG - You will be pay up to the amount shown in the schedule of benefits in your policy if the cancellation or postponement of your trip, for which you have paid under a contract and which is not refundable, is necessary and unavoidable as a result of you or your immediate family members being diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to the scheduled trip departure date.
