PENEDÈS GOURMET FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Located in the outskirts of Barcelona, visit the fertile and wine-rich Penedès wine region that offers you magnificent scenery from hills and mountains to charming villages. Discover more about Catalan culture, wine and Cava making process in a local tour. Last but not least, experience Spanish traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch, prepared from natural ingredients that ensure you succulent treats.
BARCELONA
MODERNISME MASTERPIECES
A significant part of Barcelona’s charm lies in the quirky, organic structures of Gaudi’s creations that you couldn’t get enough of no matter how long you look. From afar, Casa Milà looks like a stone quarry and Casa Batlló with captivating building of skeletal balconies, iridescent dragon scale roof, and shimmering multi-colored tiles. Entering the garden city of Park Güell is truly submerging yourself in a the magic of a peculiar landscape. Stunning mosaic tiling, fascinating structures, twisting pillars, you’ll be looking at designs that challenges the architectural possibility, yet it still seems so naturally in place. A landscape creation as enchanting as it is, you’ll witness Gaudi’s Modernisme creativity at its prime in the majestic Sagrada Familia. A monumental church like no other, with branch-like columns, soaring spires, an interior painted by the kaleidoscopic stained-glass windows, be enveloped in an endless marvel just like the 3 million visitors every year.
  MONTSERRAT
HEART OF CATALONIA
On a getaway 63 km west from the bustling Barcelona, you’ll appreciate the tranquility Montserrat brings. The dramatically serrated mountains is even more breathtaking from 1350 metres above. Apart from the peculiar rock formations jutting out like teeth, the calming view of the Benedictine monastery provides a humbling ambience at your arrival. Enshrining the famous Black Madonna of Europe, the whole setting feels so surreal and peaceful that you find yourself spiritually recharged before taking on Barcelona attractions.
  SEGOVIA
ROMAN GRANDEUR IN SPAIN
Listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Spain, stunning monument to Roman grandeur (the soaring Aqueduct) surviving in the heart of a vibrant modern city of Segovia. With 167 arches, the Aqueduct of Segovia is considered to be one of the most important legacies of the Roman Empire in Spain. You’ll see for yourself that it was built with solid blocks of stone and no mortar; it runs for over 10km before it reaches the city, dividing it in two, with the Plaza del Azoguejo on one side, and the Plaza de la Artillería on the other. On top of that, there is an old Jewish quarter, grand mansions, and outstanding views which is ideal for a pleasant stroll in the city on your own pace. Whatever it is, the effect is stunning: a magical city of warm terracotta and sandstone hues set amid the rolling hills of Castilla, against the backdrop of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
  TOLEDO
IMPERIAL CITY
Toledo is truly one of Spain's most magnificent cities. Dramatically sited atop a gorge overlooking the Río Tajo, it was known as the ‘City of Three Cultures’ in the Middle Ages, a place where – legend has it – Christian, Muslim and Jewish communities peacefully coexisted. Unsurprisingly, rediscovering the vestiges of this unique cultural synthesis remains modern Toledo’s most compelling attraction. Horseshoe-arched mosques, Sephardic synagogues and one of Spain’s finest Gothic cathedrals cram into its dense historical core. Further sleuthing will reveal Visigothic and Roman roots. Toledo’s other forte is art, in particular the haunting canvases of El Greco, the influential, impossible-to-classify painter with whom the city is synonymous.
  MADRID
CULTURAL CAPITAL
The one thing you must’ve heard of about Spain is their bullfighting traditions, and Madrid’s massive bullring of Las Ventas is a must-see to believe. The lavish white facade of the Metropolis Building is hard to miss, elegantly sealed with a black dome with a winged statue of goddess Victoria. Sitting at the Cibeles fountain further evokes the splendour of imperial Madrid, as you take in the array of landmarks in Plaza de Cibeles, the impressive facade of Cybele Palace calls out to you. To get deeper into Madrid’s beauty, you’ll visit the historic Alcalá Gate and the imposing grandeur of the Royal Palace, before getting your tastebuds bedazzled at the variety of Spanish food in Market of San Miguel. The liveliness continues all the way in Puerto del Sol, a central square that’s perfect for people-watching and relaxing your day off in the shops and cafes.
