A private tour allows for any of our usual tailor-made itineraries to be undertaken with a personal driver / guide. Your guide will ensure that you have a fantastic journey, visiting many of our most famous landmarks, and exploring places that you would not normally find. Our private tours include all accommodation, transport by private vehicle, and the services of a professionally qualified driver / guide. We will work with you to tailor your itinerary according to your requests.

On a private tour, you will be accompanied by a knowledgeable and experienced driver / guide, who can provide you with a commentary on the areas you will visit and show you places that you perhaps wouldn’t find on your own, flexible to travel on your own pace. We work with local drivers / guides with comfortable vehicles, who are experienced to drive in unpredictable European weather to ensure travellers’ safety on road, such as windy road journeys in Scotland or stormy weather in Iceland etc.

Minimum 4 pax is required to form a private tour. For a private tour with 10 pax and above, we shall arrange a tour leader for you.

A private tour is booked just for you and your own group.

The local driver / guide will communicate in English.

You will be able to have photo stops and have meals whenever you want along the way. While we will have already mapped out an itinerary with your guide to ensure that you see the regions and attractions as per request, you’ll still have the opportunity to fine-tune your tour as you travel. This ensures that you have the ultimate flexibility throughout the journey.

All of our tours are completely tailored to your requirements. Please do let us know in advance if you would like to combine private tour with any of our group tours.

We generally require at least one month’s notice in order to book a private tour. The further in advance you are able to book your holiday, the more likely it is that we will be able to secure you our preferred accommodations.

We highly recommend that you purchse travel insurance to cover cancellation, personal accident, illness and loss or theft of personal possessions and/or money.

The benefit of having your own private vehicle and guide is greater adaptability, creativity and flexibility so unpredictable weather doesn't interfere with your enjoyment of the city.

It is almost always possible to accommodate dietary requirements, please tell us your dietary restrictions after the itinerary is finalized, only applicable for groups of 10 pax and above.

No. Tips for the driver / guide are not included. Our guides are always happy about a tip. This way they know that they really made you have a fantastic time.
