For 2027 bookings, we recommend securing your tour during the Early Bird period once the packages are released, as this allows you to enjoy better rates and secure your spot early.

Yes, you may change your travel date later, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the booking. However, we recommend finalising your date before the tour is confirmed status, as once it is confirmed, any date change will be subject to a penalty if you wish to switch to another departure.

Flight arrangements are usually confirmed closer to departure (around 3–4 months before) and subject to a minimum group size of 20 pax, as they depend on airline schedules and final group consolidation. We’ll update once the flight ticket is confirmed, along with the second deposit request.
